The Chairman of the Board of Directors met with His Excellency the Minister of Economy and Trade (Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Libya Trade Network), today, Thursday, March 16, 2023 AD, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Tripoli.

to review the position of the programs and projects being implemented, in the presence of the designated Executive Director and the Director of the Minister’s Office.

The review dealt with the most important programs and projects that are being worked on

Foremost among them: –

1) Preparations are underway to launch the daily bulletin of the movement of prices of basic materials and commodities in the local market, during the week,

As well as issuing the daily bulletin of global currencies, metals and commodity prices, and its weekly analytical readings.

2) Work arrangements for signing joint cooperation and work agreements between the Libya Trade Network, the Ports and Maritime Transport Authority, and the Libyan Ports Company, for the purpose of facilitating trade operations and procedures through ports, and cooperation in the field of trade information exchange, training and development.

3) The measures taken to resume work on the Localization Project of the Single Window for Foreign Trade (LSW) implemented by the Korea Trade Network (KTNet).

4) The position of localizing the inquiry unit to facilitate trade and ways to support it.

5) Preparing and approving a regulation regulating the work of electronic stores in the Libyan market.

6) Preparing and implementing the 2023 training program by the Training and Capacity Development Center of the Libya Trade Network.
