The activities of the Turkish-African Business Forum and Exhibition were launched this morning, Tuesday, August 29, 2023, in the Turkish city of Istanbul, with the participation of heads and representatives of government institutions, specialized companies, banks, and businessmen from African countries and Turkey. Which is organized by ZM GROUP & Caya Group  Under the slogan “Libya is the gateway to Africa”.The forum discusses cooperation prospects, business and trade opportunities in a way that enhances the regional integration of the countries of the African continent and the State of Turkey, highlighting the potential and promising areas of the State of Libya as a transit gateway to Africa. The Libyan delegation participating in the forum included the Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Libyan Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey and the President of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, in addition to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libya Trade Network and the Director General of the Export Development Center and the Commercial Attaché at the General Consulate in Istanbul, who graciously came forward. We will make technical and logistical arrangements with the consulate and organizing companies to ensure the participation of the Libyan delegation in this event.The Misurata Free Zone participated in establishing a pavilion in the exhibition on the sidelines of the forum, which was organized by a team from the free zone headed by the Director of Marketing Department in the region.  It is noteworthy that he attended the forum activities on behalf of the Libya Trade Network Assistant Executive Director for Digital Commerce Affairs and Directors of the Chairman’s Office and the Office of Relations and Cooperation.
