On Monday, July 31, 2023, the Executive Management Meeting for the year 2023 was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Assistant Executive Director for Digital Commerce Affairs. The meeting included:

– Human Resources Office.

– Office of Information Affairs.

– Office of Technical Relations and Cooperation.

– Operations management and technical support.

– E-commerce services management.

– Managing the development of programs and technical solutions.

– Managing the organization of electronic platforms and stores.

– Department of facilitation and development of foreign trade.

– Trade data and information center.

The meeting items were:

* Reviewing the goals and vision of the Libya Trade Network and the policies followed by it.

* Review of the organizational structure of the Libya Trade Network.

* Finding ways of cooperation between departments and offices to achieve the goals assigned to the network more quickly.

* Presenting the difficulties faced by departments and offices while performing their work and discussing them to find appropriate solutions.

Mr. Assistant Executive Director for Digital Trade Affairs recommended distributing the organizational structure of the Libya Trade Network and the policies followed by it to all employees, and increasing periodic meetings between departments and offices to exchange experiences and seeking the assistance of employees among them as a loan to complete the targeted work.
